Check Requests

To request a check by mail simply call with your member number, indicate amount wanted, and the check can be sent to your home or work address. If you plan to pick up a check, call ahead and we will have it ready when you arrive. No checks are cut after 3:40pm.

Take Sibley to Burnham Ave.
Go north (left) on Burnham and Burnham turns into Avenue "O".
Go 3 to 4 miles once on Burnham/Ave. O to 11615. Credit Union is on right side of street.

From the East:

I-80 Borman West to 94 Chicago.
94 Chicago puts you on the Bishop Ford Freeway.
Exit east (right) on Sibley Blvd
Take Sibley to Burnham Ave.
